News Update,

According to the recent government white paper entitled 'Improving Permitted
Development' the Government is considering relaxing certain planning requirements and the CGCA along with many other organisations
are greatly concerned at its implications. The letter shown below sets out some of our concerns and is part of a more
comprehensive report being sent to government. Please find below a link to the white paper itself as well as our letter in
response.
